Account Executive / Sales Rep

Must understand Banking, Compliance, Risk Management or Banking Operations

We are looking for a seasoned sales rep selling to banks, selling banking services to business customers (B2B) or selling some other payments related services or software products. It is a plus if you have a background or understanding of credit, debit and/or prepaid cards. 

This position is for a Management Recruiter. This is a sales position. Recruiters work on the phone most of each day. They speak to corporate executives, in this case your clients will be COO’s, VP’s of Risk, Compliance and Operations within the Payments industry. You will be speaking to these executives and defining Search Assignments from them for us to fill. 

You will further be constantly speaking with candidates for our open positions. This requires you to work on multiple searches concurrently. It is not uncommon for a recruiter to make between 75 to 100 calls each day to fill our positions as time is of the essence on every search. 

This is a career position and could be the last job you’ll ever need if you are the person we’re looking to hire. Tenure of our current staff runs deep. Our newbie recruiter has been with us over three years. Our senior recruiter over thirty years. Most earn a comfortable six figure income, work locally and are home for dinner on time most evenings. As our name implies, our firm is focused on the LifeWork balance for our staff and their families.
