Summary: 10 years of demand planning and CPFR experience.  Has also led systems implementations to support the planning process – both domestically and internationally.  Software experience with SAP APO, Manugistics, Demantra and Logility.  Has managed volumes ranging from $220M - $1B / 60 – 800 SKU’s.  Multiple examples of reducing forecast error and bias.

 

Title: Associate Director of Supply Chain Planning
Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $150,000 + bonus

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Summary: Past 15 years in roles that include supply planning, deployment planning, production planning, materials management, raw material planning, S&OP and some demand planning.  Drives planning across 14 warehouses and 12 manufacturing plants.  Has managed volumes between $1B to $18B / 1,000 – 8,000 SKU’s.  Strong SAP experience and excellent leadership skills.  Experience with SAP and Manugistics.

 

Title: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Southern New Hampshire
Salary: $95,000

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Summary: Managed up to 75 union and non-union employees.  Oversight of fleet and warehousing in a 100,000 SF warehouse with 64 doors supporting 125 routes daily.  In this role, he has led a site turnaround, improving their national ranking from 218 (out of 218) to the top 25%.  Was the HQ subject matter expert for all technology to support warehousing and fleet operations.

  • Improved service metrics by 33% - moved them to #1 in service in the north.
  • Led voice picking project – resulting in 2.3M in productivity in year 1.
