Chris Lutes joined LifeWork Search in 2008. In his previous position as a senior recruiter he focused on recruitment of scientific professionals in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, consistently ranking in the top 10% of production. In a former life, Chris managed a successful restaurant in Tampa, Florida. Chris focuses on recruiting all position types for our prepaid, loyalty and reward client base.
Chris attended West Point Military Academy and completed his AA degree in Liberal Arts and a BS degree in Microbiology from the University of South Florida.
Chris is a family man and has been a great addition to our team. He and his wife are consummate foodies who always have something tasty to share with the office, especially around the holidays, which is why we keep the December calendar up year-round.
