Our team is partnering with a rapidly growing logistics provider in the greater Chicago area.  They are hiring for an Associate Account Manager role that will be an advocate for their customers and work closely with them to make sure all their expectations are met and that they receive the highest level of service.  It is a great opportunity to join a growth-oriented company and grow with it!

Position Description:

• Issue resolution on all inventory and shipping issues.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting on service levels for the customer.
• Work across the organization to raise concerns and drive solutions.
• Help with the training of new associates in the department.
• Drive customer satisfaction and drive business growth with the customer.

Background Required:

• 2 years of experience in a retail or consumer product goods manufacturing environment.
• Experience with corporate level transportation and/or replenishment and inventory management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel is a plus.
• Strong self-starter that can work independently.

• Compensation commensurate with experience.

• Hybrid role with 1-day a week onsite after initial training period.
