Customer Service Manager
We’re currently working on a search with a nimble manufacturer and distributor to the consumer goods industry. As they take their supply chain to the next level, they are looking to upgrade their talent – including the need for a Customer Service Manager.
Position Description:
- Manage a team of customer service reps across several locations.
- Lead process improvements in areas such as order entry time, on-time in-full, and response time.
- Drive the adoption of tools to minimize manual tasks, enhancing productivity and accuracy.
- Cross-train the team to ensure effective servicing of customers.
Background Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of people management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems to support the customer service function.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
Miscellaneous:
- Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000.
- Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
