They’re looking for an experienced Director of Indirect Procurement to build and lead a team of buyers and procurement professionals with the fast-paced development of the company. Scope of Responsibility:

• Identify and develop key suppliers to ensure cost management and service levels.
• Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals.
• Optimize procurement processes and reduce lead times.
• Develop KPIs and analytics within the organization to improve decision making.
• Deliver cost savings and align with the budget and financial goals of the Company.
• Work cross functionally to improve communication and alignment across the different stakeholders.

Background Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Food and Beverage experience required.
• At least 10 years of procurement experience and 3 specifically with Indirect Sourcing, including 5 years of team management experience.
• Proven track record in achieving cost savings and enhancing supplier portfolios through effective sourcing.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in supplier sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation $170,000 plus a 20% bonus target that can go as high as 40%.
