Planning Analytics Manager

Planning Analytics Manager

Location: Bentonville, AR

We are currently working with a fast growing agricultural (forgive the pun) company that continues to invest in its employees and process to maintain that growth.

They are looking for a hungry, hard-working Planning Manager – Analytics.  Do not respond unless you want a seat at the table with the C-suite and are prepared to work for it.  This role is so important and visible, it will be on-site in Arkansas (long-term hybrid may be an option) and the compensation certainly reflects the nature of this role.

  • Planning Analytics Manager reporting to the Director of Data and Analytics.
  • Lead organizational development and help shape the company’s approach to data analytics.
  • Help drive service, inventory, and supply chain cost improvements by leveraging data science and process optimization techniques.
  • Drive inventory productivity in areas such as E&O prevention, safety stock modelling and optimization, replenishment policies and stocking strategies, and product lifecycle management.
  • Develop and manage key inventory health metrics and establish a regular cadence of reporting and accountability.
  • Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.

Background Required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning and Analytics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Project Management.
  • Excel SME (macros/VBA) required.
  • APICS / ASCM, Lean or 6-Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging analytics and modeling techniques to drive efficiencies across the supply chain.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Proven track record of success in similar role.
