Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Location: Concord, MA (Hybrid Role)

We are currently working with a consumer goods company that is driving growth through innovation.  As they are adding some new lines at the end of the year, they are looking to take the strategic sourcing of their packaging category to the next level.

Position Description:

• Design and implement sourcing strategies to drive the best total value across the packaging category.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost, and supply chain needs are met.
• Drive program management efforts including cost reduction programs, supplier changes, relocation of suppliers, design changes, etc.
• Develop and maintain metrics to monitor supplier performance.
• Direct communication with both domestic- and global suppliers.
• Protect the financial performance of the organization by identifying potential supply chain issues.

Background Required:

• Highly energetic individual with at least 5 years of commodity management / strategic sourcing experience.

• Bachelor’s required, sorry no exceptions.

• Proven track record of success in similar role.

Miscellaneous:

• $130,000 – $150,000 + bonus.
• Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
