Always having the itch to “do his own thing” Jason opened our Westport, MA office in January 2006 after 12 years of working for the man!  He has grown our business to be the leading national search firm specializing in supply chain planning across industries such as Consumer Goods, High Tech, Medical Device, Pharma and Biotech. He currently leads the team working with companies – as small as $25 million in size and as large as $20 billion in size – to identify top talent in areas like demand planning, supply planning, operations planning, production planning and sales & operations planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP). “I absolutely love what I do.  Recruiting, to me, isn’t just helping a company find the next hire or a candidate their next job.  It’s about being a match maker – facilitating that connection that two parties would not have been able to make on their own.” Taking that beyond staffing, Jason helps to run the New England chapter of the Institute of Business Forecasting (IBF), an organization committed to advancing planning practices globally.  He has spoken at several ASCM and IBF events on the State of Employment in Demand- and Supply Planning. Jason’s recruiting career is built on a 12-year foundation serving ERP and Supply Chain needs in both domestic and international markets.  While at Siemens Business Services, he leveraged his engineering background and German fluency to solidify SAP consulting engagements with multi-national organizations. Jason then spent 5+ years at AMR Research in Boston (now Gartner), a leading research and advisory organization focusing on the supply chain best practices and applications being leveraged to help cut costs and increase revenues. Jason earned a BA in German and a BS in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Rhode Island.

Eric joined the team at LifeWork Search in February of 2022 as our new Account Executive after spending over twenty years in Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain as an executive.  Eric lives in Massachusetts and spends his free time coaching his two sons in athletics, skiing and living a very active and healthy lifestyle that includes health and fitness coaching.  Eric brings his vast supply chain experience into the recruiting and talent development world where he focuses on matching great companies with exceptional talent.  A detailed understanding of what it takes to excel in today’s supply chain makes him a trusted resource for those who need their next hire to be game-changing or their next career move to be life-changing.

Ryan joined the team of LifeWork Search in January of 2023 as an Account Executive. He began his five year service in the Military after graduating from West Point with a BS in Environmental Engineering.  After leaving the US Army as a Captain, he continued his education by earning an MBA, with a focus in Finance and Supply Chain, at Washington University in St. Louis.  He then spent the next 15 years at Walmart and then Tyson Foods.  While beginning his career in Corporate Finance, he found his passion lay in supply chain and solving supply chain related problems, which led to his holding multiple roles in increasing responsibility from Transportation and Logistics to Demand Planning and S&OP and finally managing his own transportation company.  In his new role he is dedicated to finding candidates the right fit to accelerate their careers and helping companies find talent that improves their operations and positions for continued growth.  Ryan lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife Jolene and six children.  He also serves and has served on multiple non-profit boards that advocate for children, specifically foster care and adoption.

Nine years ago, Robin decided on a career change and became our Director of Operations here at LifeWork Search. Formerly trained as a registered nurse, she equates nursing as the ultimate form of customer service.  After several years as the Director of Operations, she has decided to become a recruiter. “I want to build upon my years of experience in customer relations. Whether it’s nursing or recruiting, building relationships is at the foundation of it all.” Her goal as a recruiter is to help people reach their potential while gaining their own life/work balance. “I find immense satisfaction in connecting and helping people reach their ultimate potential.” In her free time, Robin enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Cola.

Kelly joined the team at LifeWork Search in August 2008.  Initially hired to serve as the Office Manager, Kelly has taken on a new role as our Internet Researcher to drive all efforts associated with Internet Research, Recruiter Support and Database Administration.  She manages all the behind-the-scenes activities and is the reason our clients and candidates have a seamless experience with their staffing needs. A great believer that achieving an effective work/life balance is important to one’s success, Kelly’s passion for the office follows her outside the office as well. “Achievement and enjoyment are top priorities for me.  I continually want to learn new skills and take on new challenges in order to grow professionally and personally. Life can truly be enjoyed when work is accomplished, treat both with the same passion and success in inevitable.” Kelly is also involved with the community serving as a team captain for the local American Cancer Society Relay for Life organization.  She earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in May 2008.

Lauren joined the LifeWork Search team in October 2016, taking on the role of Office and Marketing Manager. She shares a profound belief in the importance of achieving a harmonious life/work balance, a belief that she has seamlessly incorporated into her own life. Balancing the responsibilities of her professional life with her cherished role as a devoted mom, Lauren has mastered the art of maintaining equilibrium. She strives to flourish in her career while working part-time from the comfort of her home, relishing every moment spent in the company of her son. Lauren is an advocate for the power of support, both within the workplace and in the nurturing environment of her home. She receives immense fulfillment from guiding and empowering others to reach their fullest potential, fostering an atmosphere of kindness and honesty that extends beyond the office. Beyond the realms of her career and family life, Lauren is an avid enthusiast of all things crafty. She discovers solace in the art of refurbishing furniture, breathing new life into forgotten treasures. Her creative outlets, knitting and scrapbooking, provide her with the perfect means to unwind.

Danielle joined the LifeWork Search team in June of 2023 as a Marketing Specialist Intern. She is currently pursuing a BBA in marketing at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she also plays ice hockey. Danielle grew up locally in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts and graduated from Tabor Academy in 2020. She also just spent a semester in Florence, Italy where she pursued her passion for traveling. Danielle is excited to be a part of the LifeWork Search team and looking forward to a great summer!
